1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IELTSPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use IELTSPro. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ieltspro.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Share, resell, or redistribute our course content without permission - Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the platform - Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment systems - Upload malicious content or engage in activities that harm other users - Impersonate instructors, staff, or other users - Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content on IELTSPro — including lessons, practice tests, videos, written materials, and AI feedback — is the intellectual property of IELTSPro or our content partners. You may use content for personal study only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@ieltspro.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. AI-Generated Content
Our AI writing and speaking feedback is provided for educational purposes only. It is not an official IELTS assessment and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of exam performance. Band score predictions are estimates based on our models and may differ from official IELTS results.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
IELTSPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular band score will be achieved through use of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTSPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or inability to take an IELTS exam.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease and no refund will be issued for unused subscription time except where required by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
